The Assistant Professor at the Institute of Human Capital Development is expected to

  • conduct educational activities in the field of human resources management;
  • participate in research projects carried out by the Institute;
  • actively cooperate with representatives of other research centers in the country and abroad;
  • engage in obtaining grants for research and other projects needed in the practice;
  • publish research papers;
  • participate in the scientific activities / conferences, seminars/;
  • be involved in other forms of research activity.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  1. A PhD holder in economic science in the field of management or PhD holder in social sciences in the field of management and quality,
  2. Pedagogical experience in the field of human capital management,
  3. Scientific interests related to specialties of the Institute of Human Capital and a clear plan of scientific development within the main research domains of the Institute,
  4. Publication record of high quality scientific papers relating to human capital management and participation in research projects,
  5. Readiness to participate in the scientific research of the Institute, including research projects, generating ideas for new projects and raising funds for their completion,
  6. Fluency in Polish and English and ability to conduct classes in those languages,
  7. Ability to use statistical analysis software,
  8. Availability to conduct classes since the summer semester of 2019/2020.

3. Curriculum vitae including information about research and didactic output.

4. Copy of the PhD diploma or equivalent.

5. List of publications.
