Summary and Responsibilities:
One of KIPT's main objectives is to develop applied research and make it available to its members and the sector, thereby contributing to the competitiveness and sustainability of tourism.
The Researcher (M/F) will be responsible for:
a) Coordinating and managing the activities developed within the planned Work Packages;
b) Coordinating and preparing national and international project applications;
c) Planning and coordinating the research activities in which they are involved;
d) Actively participating in the CoLAB’s scientific policy;
e) Actively contributing to the innovation strategy;
f) Disseminating and communicating the projects in which they are involved;
g) Participating in research tasks across various ongoing CoLAB projects;
h) Analysing and developing strategies and actions that actively contribute to digital transformation and the monitoring of its impact on human resources.

Required Profile:
- Holder of a PhD in the fields of Tourism, Economics or Management;
- Knowledge of the framework and functioning of CoLABs;
- Proven experience in research projects;
- Proven experience in the development and analysis of strategies and actions that actively contribute to digital transformation and the monitoring of its impact on human resources;
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
